Wet works, masonry and custom fabrication
At LIORA in CQ @ Clarke Quay, the scope combined wet works and masonry with custom fabrication for the restaurant's cooking concept.
Floor works covered waterproofing, cement works, screeding, tiling and grouting. Brick and masonry walls, together with hacking, dismantling and disposal, also formed part of the works.
A one-off BBQ and woodfire pit was custom-fabricated for the restaurant. The project photographs show waterproofing and tiling during construction, as well as the completed dining room, open kitchen and entry brick screen.
LIORA works were delivered through Pegasus Works Pte Ltd by the team now operating as M.W.L Developments Pte Ltd.
